- They have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the deep foundation industry.
- Their focus has been on the design and/or installation of deep foundations.
- They know how to talk to people.
- They like helping people.
- They are looking for a full-time job.

CUSTOMER COORDINATORS
What is a Customer Coordinator? In short, somebody who loves helping their business partners and works closely with our Business Development Managers.
What does the IDEAL Customer Coordinator look like?
- They live in (or can move to) the Greater Rochester area.
- They know how to talk to people.
- They like helping people.
- They are looking for a full-time job.
- They are comfortable working in an open office environment.
- They know how to use Microsoft Office programs. Familiarity with Salesforce and E2/Shoptech is a plus.
